we put a ton of care into our products and want you to have the best experience possible, however if you're not happy for any reason we offer a 30 day guarantee for returns and exchanges. just send us an email at email@example.com to get started.
how do I get a refund if I'm not happy?
notify us within 30 days to get started, we'll send a return label to you, and once we receive the product back in original condition, you'll be refunded on your original payment method.
where do your items ship from?
we are located in Michigan, USA and all of our products are designed, packaged and shipped right from our shop here.
where do you get your crystals from?
all of our crystals are ethically sourced. we buy direct and have relationships with a handful of small suppliers around the world to ensure quality. primary origin locations are India, Brazil, Morocco and the US.
will I receive different items each month?
absolutely! you'll never get the same item twice. you'll get different types, shapes and styles of items each month to enjoy.
can I just buy 1 box and not subscribe?
sure can. the easiest way to do this is to choose the 1 monthly option and then just unsubscribe after receiving your box, or simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of it for you.
