when will my order ship?

boxes ship between the 20th - 28th of each month. our goal is to get it in your hands by the beginning of each new month. order cutoff date is the 18th so new orders placed after this will ship the following month.

when will my card be charged?

your card will be charged upon purchase, and then on the 15th of each billing cycle (1 month, 3 months).

how do I change my account info?

how do I pause or cancel my subscription?

we are located in Michigan, USA and all of our products are designed, packaged, and shipped right from our shop here.

where do you get your crystals from?

all of our crystals are ethically sourced, we buy direct and have a handful of small suppliers around the world to ensure quality. primary origin locations are India, Brazil, Morocco & the US.
